All classes are offered by sliding-scale donation and with no obligation. You are welcome to join for whatever you can manage, or to pay it forward for someone else.
Payment can be made by credit card at the registration link, or if you prefer you can pay by cheque or etransfer for one or more classes.
Once you are registered you will be sent a zoom link that will give you access for all online classes.
Seated Moving to Heal
I am thrilled to offer a new class through the inSpirit collective.
This class is for anyBody living with long- or short-term illness, injury or disability, or who is simply looking for a gentle, seated class that will still leave you feeling energized and relaxed.
The series will run every Monday from May 16 - June 27
